Lindenborg 2010-07-27	Phuket Orchid Resort, Karon Beach Hotel service, has lowered since last year. Hotel was under renovation, and they were worlking until 2330 in the night.	perfect, but please inform that you need to print out reservation confirmation
Leanne Gallagher 2010-03-16	Phuket Orchid Resort, Karon Beach We stayed here for 4 nights, the pools were excellent and the kids had a ball but that was the extent of the positives of this hotel. There was no mini bar or tea/coffee facilities in the room and we had to pay extra money to use the safe. The rooms were run down, old and in need of a total upgrade. The hotel was infested with mosquitos and even though we took extreme measures to keep them out of the room, we found ourselves waking up every night with them buzzing around our heads. The hotel provided pool towels in the rooms, but they never got replaced because we were swimming when our room was serviced. The breakfast was cold, uninviting and in parts unhygenic due to birds flying around the salad, fruit and drinks area. Overall a very basic hotel and I would say you could get better value for money at a slightly more expensive hotel.	Had no problem what so ever and the services provided were both profesional and extremley quick.

Sylvi Andersson 2009-11-03	Phuket Orchid Resort, Karon Beach the hotel isn´t new but clean and very nice. the pools are super and you don´t get disturbed by traffic or other noises. The staff is nice and we would definitly go ther again.	no problem , nice that you could lend a shower before leaving ( we left the hotel in the evening.

Животных в номере не было,но рекомендую закрывать дверь на балкон,к нам залетел огромное насекомое похожее на таракана. Завтраки однообразные, но жить можно
Torbjörn Stålhammar 2009-10-01	Phuket Orchid Resort, Karon Beach We had a familyroom on first floor with balcony. The room was good aswell as beds. Service were perfect as well as pools. The only thing we complaint about was that it was a bit dark on the balcony because of the hedge and palmtrees.	Great service, all went well from pick up service to the hotel
Joan Larsson 2009-08-05	Phuket Orchid Resort, Karon Beach Overall the hotel was OK but I feel it was over priced. Everything was expensive if you look at what the surronding area was charging for the same thing, food, internet, taxi through the hotel was allot more expensive than other places. Also the service in the restaurang was horrible. I wont eat there again! Consider that this is low season and if the staff is performing this bad now I can t imagine how they will keep up in the high season.	Booking service was great.
Gert Steen Hansen 2009-08-05	Phuket Orchid Resort, Karon Beach The Hotel is not new and should have some maintenance (The doors to the rooms were a bit hard to close - and NOT for small children). The doors to the balcony should be lubricated/changed. The food was good and an excellent breakfast buffet.	Booking was smoothly and effecient.
Jonas Landerkvist 2009-08-03	Phuket Orchid Resort, Karon Beach We saw on the hotel websajt that one of the pools was going to be closed from annuel maintenance and it shoul open 1 \r\naug, BUT they didn´t open 1 aug and it was construction work going on. Our room was close to the conference hall with lots of music late and the staff draw carts(wagons)outside our room. Very noisy until after midnight. The rooms were very responsive, you could here everything going on outside the room. If you should stay there i suggest far away from the staff area and conference. hall and a room high up.
Ole Johansson 2009-07-24	Phuket Orchid Resort, Karon Beach This is a very good hotel, despite that the big pool was undergoing renovation. Our children also loved it and we all want to go back there again... The room (family) was in a good size and Quality.The beds in the room is two king size beds soo everybody was laying good. The breakfast is good and with a lot of different things to choose between. The location is perfekt with 200 meters to Karon Beach.	Easy to book through this website and secure transsactions when paying for the room.
